Good tuners, better service.

I bought 4 Wilkinson bass tuners to replace the naff stock ones on my Jackson Minion short scale bass. I was advised by NWG these would be a drop in replacement. Other suppliers would not commit and even thought the cost with postage was marginally higher NWG got my order. However, and this is very unusual for Wilkinson hardware, one was defective - a thread had not been cut properly. I called and spoke to James, next morning a replacement arrived in the post. Can't beat that. The tuners are better by a country mile.
