Don't cut the fret wire for shipping

i ordered 10- 20"long stixs . You guys cut them in half i lost two frets per stix that way . Thats 20 frets which is almost one complete fret job. Who ever cut them for shipping please let them know DON'T DO THAT! ship then with out cutting them like you have in the pass Thanks
