The brass baseplate and machined saddles impart warm, authentic vintage-style tone with .75" string spacing for a familiar playing feel. Precision manufactured as a direct drop-in replacement for vintage-style Fender models; this bridge mounts via five screws.

Super easy to fit, huge improvement

It now has sustain fit days an the intonation is much better, it even fitted into the stock bridge holes, so was a straight swap

Squire updates

I had a new fender neck to fit to my squire 70s vibe jazz bass so I fitted the high mass bridge at the same time, all of the fittings for the bridge matched the hole centres for the classic style bridge.
Setting up the bridge and neck together was easy to align and the difference in tone from the bridge was noticeable. Plugged in the pickups were lower and needed adjustment.
The centres for the strings seemed narrower at the bridge end but the action and playability was better, all of the dimension spec from Fender checks out.
This seems to be a worthwhile purchase
