Wilkinson Vintage Telecaster Pickups with Alnico V Magnets

This matched pair of vintage-voice Telecaster pickups are a fatihful reproduction of the original 60's pups, and are versatile enough to handle all music styles including Country, Blues, Rock and even Jazz.

Raised Alnico V pole pieces in the bridge ensure an authentic Tele "Quack", with the covered neck pickup producing classic warm bluesy tones.

The sound of these 60's replica pickups is incredible, even before you consider their price. They offer amazing vintage warmth and tone. The magnets really focus the magnetic field on your strings while the raised pole pieces of the bridge give you the traditional articulate sparkle. The set responds very well clean yet when pushed with overdrive, offer a smooth creamy tone. The set benefits from having a slightly hotter output than most standard Mexican and Squier pickups yet still provide a sweet quack in the bridge position and lovely creamy neck tones. All-in-all a thoroughly professional set-up, far beyond what the price-point suggests.
