Set of 6 in line genuine vintage Kluson machine heads

  • For Stratocaster/Telecaster Style Guitars
  • Very lightweight. Ideal for those looking for a less heavy headstock.
  • Excellent tuning accuracy
  • Ratio 1:15
  • Supplied with colour matched bushings and screws
  • Choose between bushings for 8mm or 10mm tuner holes

At the beginning of the 60's the Double Line logo was introduced on the outside edges of the rear housing. Here the words KLUSON and DELUXE were situated vertically to the left and right of the lubrication point. The tuners of our Double Line series are similar to those of the 60's in every detail.

    curiously good

These are tiny but perfectly formed and strangely I found myself looking at them and thinking they were cute. They seem to be all metal and have a very smooth action. One thing I had to get used to was the split post - previously I've only used machine heads with a hole passing through, but the price of vintage correctness in terms of loss of practicality in this respect is small. They are so beautiful I might just but another set to have on my desk to twiddle with! Well done to Northwest Guitars for mentioning that they are lightweight, as stopping the headstock dropping down is a key criterion for me that I didn't realise actually was a key criterion if you see what I mean!

    The original and the best!

I love these and have used them on my strat and tele builds. I know you can get some very good imitations, but if you're going to build a vintage style guitar why not go to the source eh?
