Speed up your re-stringing with this Set of high quality locking machine heads with Schaller style buttons.

Designed for Stratocaster / Telecaster guitars, or any project that requires a set of high quality 6 in line machine heads.

These tuners feature a thumbwheel locking function to keep your strings securely in place. Simply thread the string though the hole in the peg, then twist the thumbwheel to secureit in place. Simple and effective, and speeds up re-stringing.

These tuners have a sealed housing & mounting screw hole at 45 degrees.

The 1:19 gear ratio, combined with solid brass gears, ensures superior tuning stability and precision over the lower quality hardware typically found on standard & mid-range guitar models.

A solid update to my squier

These locking tuners were added to my 2003 squier affinity strat that recently became a full upgrade project.

Style wise, the new tuners are sleek and modern looking. They have firm gearing with no play in the machine heads when tuning.

They are locking tuners, so string changes are a breeze. I found it easy to accurate find just the right tuning and they have held the tuning well since I fitted them.

Note that the alignment screw didn't line up with any existing holes on my guitar so some pilot holes did need to be drilled. The body of the tuners did cover the old alignment holes though, so you cant see them at all.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would consider these again on future upgrades of cheaper guitars such as this.
