Economy Delivery (2-3 days) When ordered before 3pm your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Economy Delivery (2nd Class). This is an economy service with delivery typically within 2-3 days, inclusive of Saturdays. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

1st class Delivery (1-2 days) - See Chart Below For Cost When ordered before 3pm your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. This is an standard delivery service with delivery typically within 1-2 days, inclusive of Saturdays. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Economy Tracked (2-3 days) - See Chart Below For Cost Orders with a value higher than £20.00 will be dispatched via Royal Mail's Economy Tracked service. This service allows for tracking and ddelivery confirmation of your order on the Royal Mail website. Delivery is typically made within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

DPD Tracked (24 hrs) - Next Working Day Delivery - See Chart Below For Cost When ordered before 3pm your order will be dispatched on via DPD. This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your package. This does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. This service is only available for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland customers.

Returning your item

We are happy to offer our UK customers peace of mind when placing an order by providing Free Returns* with Royal Mail. Now you can order in confidence, safe in the knowledge that should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you don't have to worry about the cost of returning the goods. Simply notify us within 14s day of receipt and we'll arrange for the item to be exchanged or returned for a refund

The Royal Mail returns service allows you to drop your parcel off at any one of their branches in the UK. When you drop your parcel off you will receive a receipt with tracking details for your parcel so you know where it is and when we receive it.

Please note

Weight/size restrictions mean larger items such as guitar cases and gig bags are unable to be processed using Royal Mail returns. In this instance we will arrange for a courier to collect directly from you.

*If you choose to return your item simply because it is unwanted we are unable to pay for the return postage.

Any unwanted goods can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
