Jim Dunlop's Formula 65 Guitar String Cleaner and Conditioner helps enhance the life your guitar strings, whilst simultaneously eliminating that annoying 'squeak' and giving you a silky smooth playing surface.

Dunlop Ultraglide 65

Cleaning your strings everytime you play will enhance the life, making them last much longer than without regular cleaning. When you play regularly dirt, grime, and sweat moves from your hands to your strings, corroding them and drastically affecting their stability and tonal properties. By utilising Jim Dunlops Ultraglide 65 String Cleaner and Conditioner, you'll get much more out of your guitar strings, saving you money and time.

The Jim Dunlop Formula 65 Guitar String Cleaner and Conditioner does the double job of cleaning your strings, whilst simultaneously ensuring a super smooth playing feel.

Better value than some others

Positives- it’s a decent size bottle so should last longer than some others which are just a pad impregnated with solutIon. It seems to work O.K and doesn’t leave a build up or make the strings sticky.
Negatives- it’s hard to control the flow and so some solution ends up on the fingerboard.
The pad is only wide enough to coat one or two strings per run.

An excellent string cleaning product

I used a lot of products by Dunlop over the years. My typical brand of string cleaner “finger ease” is no longer available anywhere in the UK. However this is a great alternative and possibly better for keeping the stings alive. It really does improve the slickness and longevity of the strings. I highly recommend tying it.
